T&C'S AND PRIVACY POLICY


  1. Booking with Pinks Catering 24/7 Ltd
  2. All bookings must be confirmed by the Client.
  3. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure for the date of your event.
  4. All bookings are subject to confirmed number of crew, these will be confirmed by Pinks Catering 24/7 to the Client.
  5. Booking Deposit
  6. A booking deposit figure will be provided to the Client by Pinks Catering 24/7 ltd once your booking confirmation is received. This deposit will be deducted from the total costs (please see our Payment terms below).
  7. Payment methods available include bank transfer, debit card, credit card.
  8. Booking Confirmation
  9. Once the Clients deposit/s have been received a receipt will be issued by Pinks catering 24/7 ltd
  10. Payment of Total Event Costs
  11. Payment in full is required for all catering services to be provided by Pinks catering 24/7. Final guest numbers must be confirmed to Pinks catering 24/7 no later than 24 hours prior to the event.
  12. The information provided at this point will be used to produce your event cost invoice, arrange staff and co-ordinate with yourselves. Once our invoice is received by the Client payment must be received no later than 2 weeks from the date of the invoice. After final numbers have been provided to Pinks Catering 24/7 ltd we are happy to accept any increases in requirements however no reduction will be possible.
  13. Cancellation Charge
  14. In the unfortunate event of a booking having to be cancelled confirmation in writing will be needed by the Pinks Catering 24/7 ltd, and your deposit will be retained.
  15. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
  16. Pinks Catering 24/7 ltd will endeavour to provide suitable adaptions to the Clients menu for any guests with special dietary requirements or allergies. We cannot however take responsibility for any guests unless advised in advance (no less than 48 hours prior to the event).
  17. Clients Food and Drinks
  18. We accept no liability for any food supplied to the Client by another caterer (or food products suppliers by the Client themselves) in additional to those arranged by Pinks Catering 24/7 ltd.
  19. Client’s use of Pinks catering 24/7’s Property and Clients Personal Property
  20. The Client agrees to pay for any loss or damage to any equipment, crockery, cutlery or glassware supplied by Pinks catering 24/7 ltd for the event, including any issues caused by the Clients crew.
  21. Pinks Catering 24/7 ltd will not be held responsible for the theft, lost or damage to any personal effects of the Client or Clients crew.
  22. Liability of Pinks catering 24/7
  23. Pinks Catering 24/7 ltd accept no liability under any claim whatsoever arising (be it by negligence or otherwise) for any loss over the figure of the existing Pinks Catering 24/7 Public Liability Limit of Indemnity. Note that this figure which may change from time to time, and is available upon request together with a copy of our Certificate.
  24. Force Majeure
  25. Pinks Catering 24/7 ltd shall incur no liability to the Client if performance of the contract is prevented or hindered by any case whatsoever beyond Pinks Catering 24/7 ltd’s control and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, by act of fire, flood, subsidence, sabotage, accident, strike, or lock out and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting there from suffered by the Client.

 12.   Governing law

      a. The terms of service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be 

                      governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
