Labour
The Company reserves the right to charge (including for any applicable increased or overtime rates) more for staffing costs should any function run on longer than initially planned or detailed in the catering package through no fault of the Company or the caterers.
Payment
1. 10-30% Deposit must be paid in cleared funds before your booking is confirmed.
2. The balance of the price will be due 5 days prior to the event unless a credit arrangement has been made.
3. Payment can be made by payment cards and BACS Transfer.
4. Gratuities are at your discretion.
5. Once confirmation of payment all services will be fulfilled in full within 5 days , as payment is taken 5 days prior to the event.
Refund/cancellations
1. We have the right to hold any deposits if the event is cancelled to a late notice ( 5 days prior to the event ) .
2. We offer full refunds on the deposit ONLY if enough notice is given this will be subject to the customer and what they ordered.
3. Cancellation of an order must be made in writing.
4. If you wish to cancel or reduce an order following charges will apply
5. Orders cancelled or reduced within 5 days prior to the delivery time will be charged in full.
Delivery/Collection
Once confirmation of payment all services will be fulfilled in full within 5 days , as payment is taken 5 days prior to the event.
All food is driven to the event either by our delivery team or by our trusted couriers during busy periods.
Our drivers and couriers will only deliver the food and if the Customer requires help with set up this will come under Additional Services which must be requested 24-hours prior to the Catering Date
We can deliver to anywhere within London although please enquire for any catering beyond this radius. Delivery and collection come under additional Cost and charges vary depending on delivery address. Congestion charges may apply to some deliveries. Deliveries before 08:00 and collections after 22:00 will incur additional charges on top of the delivery fee. Charges will be dependent upon booking size and delivery distance.
We will endeavour to deliver the food at the time requested by the Customer, however please allow 30 minutes either side of the requested time and consider this when requesting a time.
If the catering delivery hasn't arrived 20 minutes after the requested time, the Customer may call us
on 07424218737 to receive an update on the estimated time of arrival.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Menu
1) Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions, ‘Pinks’ means Pinks catering 24/7 Ltd; ‘the Client’ means the person, firm or company making the Booking, and ‘the Booking’ means the function specified in the Quotation in regard to which Pinks is providing certain goods and/or services; ‘the Quotation’ means Pinks aggregate quotation of price for each element of the Booking as set out in the quote provided to the Client based on the estimated number of persons who will be attending the Booking; ‘Terms and Conditions means the standard terms and conditions set out in this document and includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Client and Pinks.
2) Quotations are valid for two months from the date the Quotation is given to the Client, unless withdrawn by written notice by Pinks prior to the Client’s acceptance of it in writing.
3) Confirmation. No booking shall be deemed to be accepted by Pinks unless and until confirmed in writing by the Client. The Client’s written confirmation or, if required, payment of a deposit, will confirm acceptance both of the Quotation and of these Terms and Conditions.
4) Third party arrangements. When a function is arranged on behalf of the Client by a third party, written acceptance from the Client of the Quotation (including agreement to pay the deposit and final invoice) must be provided to Pinks.
5) Numbers. All prices quoted are for a specific number of guests, and any change in numbers or dietary requirements will affect the overall price contained in the Quotation (which may be amended by Pinks to reflect any such changes). Confirmation of final minimum numbers and dietary requirements must be given at least five working days prior to the date of the event, after which time any decrease in numbers cannot be accepted and the full charge will be made. If the number or dietary requirements of persons who attend is more than the number notified or changed (as appropriate) the Client will be charged for each such additional guest or change in dietary requirement at a price per head included in the
Quotation.
6) Variations. The price or contents of menus, decorations, or any other element of the booking that Pinks shall supply is subject to market availability. Any alteration in price or content of a specific element will be notified to the Client. Pinks cannot be held responsible for any variations or alterations and has the right to increase the price of the Booking to reflect any increase to it in the cost of performing the Booking, which is beyond its control. In such event the Client may as soon as practicable on receipt of notice give notice in writing to renegotiate the provision of the specific element of the Booking for which the cost has been increased. The aforementioned right of the Client in no way gives it the right to cancel the Booking.
Limitation of liability
1. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement including deliberate breaches is strictly limited to the contract package price and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability:
(a) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
(c) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(d) for any deliberate breaches of these terms by us that would entitle you to terminate the contract between us.
(e) for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
2. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us including but not limited to:
(a) loss of income or revenue;
(b) loss of business;
(c) loss of profits or contracts;
(d) waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
Limitation of liability
1. Any equipment lost or damaged by you or any guest will be charged at the full replacement cost.
2. Additional charges may apply for the hiring of site kitchens and specialist equipment and, if so these will be stated in your catering package.
3. Reasonable access to the area of the event is required in order to deliver and collect our equipment. This will include the use of lifts to upper and lower floors, the use of loading bays and vehicular access.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended that clients arrange adequate Event & Cancellation Insurance to protect against cancellation, costs, damage, public liability.
Bad weather
PINKS CATERING 24/7 cannot be held responsible in any way for any unsuitable weather conditions that may arise. The normal cancellation fee will be applicable in these situations.
Complaints
Any complaints must be received in writing within 7 days of the event.
Limitation of Liability and indemnity
The Company shall not be liable for events beyond its control or for indirect or consequential loss or damage, and the Company’s maximum liability (whether in Contract Tort or otherwise) shall not exceed the price paid for the services and the client shall indemnify the Company in respect of any loss or damage to the Company or its property that is caused by the client.
Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Any notice shall be in writing, including by email, to the recipient’s email address as provided herein or otherwise as provided to the other party from time to time. PINKS CATERING 24/7
